Omega UI LLC operates the GLYTCH Sovereign Interface under a strict data minimization and sovereignty framework. We collect only what is technically necessary to provide the service, and nothing more.

User data is never sold, rented, brokered, or disclosed to advertisers, data aggregators, or surveillance networks under any circumstances.

This interface does not integrate Firebase, Auth0, Google OAuth, Facebook Login, or any social authentication provider. Identity is established exclusively via the Silent Handshake Protocol — a device-local UCP token generation mechanism that produces a cryptographically unique identifier without communicating with external identity servers.

Your UCP token is generated deterministically from device entropy and stored locally. It is never transmitted in plaintext.

The following minimal data may be processed:

• ▸UCP Token: Device-local only. Never sent to external servers.
• ▸Session Commands: Processed transiently for AI response generation. Not retained beyond session unless you save explicitly.
• ▸Node Telemetry: Hardware metrics from your own SynCloud Connect nodes. Stays within your sovereign network boundary.

The Sovereign Interface employs a zero-knowledge design philosophy:

SynCloud Connect node data — including CPU metrics, latency readings, sync states, and hardware identifiers — remains within your sovereign infrastructure perimeter. The Sovereign Interface displays this data in-browser only. It is not uploaded, cached on external servers, or shared with Omega UI LLC analytics systems.
