By accessing or using GLYTCH ("Services") provided by Omega UI, LLC through the SynCloud Connect platform at glytch-ui.omegaui.com and its mobile applications, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

GLYTCH is an AI-powered intelligent operations butler developed by Omega UI, LLC. The Services include conversational AI assistance, workflow automation, document generation, image generation, storyboard creation, voice interaction, legal form management, and related productivity tools available via web and mobile applications.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. Users between 13–17 require parental or guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or starting a session.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@omegaui.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity
• Generate, distribute, or store harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Services or associated infrastructure
• Use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Services without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, source code, and functionality of the Services are owned by Omega UI, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws (Patent Pending). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended personal or professional purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• All AI-generated responses are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any AI output.
• AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and determining the suitability of any AI-generated content before use or reliance.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

8. In-App Purchases and Payments

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OMEGA UI, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Omega UI, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, effective immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@omegaui.com. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation.
